reminds me of
two very good dog friends sharing an afternoon nap under the shade of a tree
colorful and soft stuffed animals waiting patiently in a storefront window display
a statue of a pretty mermaid adorn the entrance to a building somewhere downtown

a few more from the trip
there is a constant warm ocean breeze that blows through here - sweeping back the leaves of palm trees that slowly sway back and forth
a rainbow sits above a breaking wave at the north shore pipeline
every once in a while it is nice to sit back by a quiet poolside - take in the warmth of the sun - watch the clouds go by - sip a pretty drink that comes with a little paper umbrella
ofcourse sometimes only a cool pint of local brew can hit the spot
japanese pine brought over by immigrants a time time ago grows unabated on the central plateau
a cousin took me onto his quaint fishing boat that has the look and the smell of one
